Expert Terms
For dietitians and nutrition experts who offer services to ZEUFIT members.
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These Expert Terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when you register as an expert on ZEUFIT (operated by the ZeuFit team, Gandhipuram, Pollachi – 642006, Tamil Nadu, India). You accept them when you submit your expert application.
1. Eligibility and credentials
- You must hold a recognised qualification in nutrition and dietetics (for example a degree or post-graduate diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics, or Registered Dietitian status) and any registration your practice requires.
- You must upload a genuine qualification certificate and give your registration / membership number (for example with the Indian Dietetic Association) where you have one. All information you give must be true and current.
- We review your application before your profile is shown, and may re-verify at any time. Misrepresenting your credentials leads to immediate removal and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
2. Scope of your service
- You give nutrition and lifestyle guidance within your professional competence. You do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe, change or stop medicines.
- Refer members to a doctor when you see warning signs (for example suspected eating disorders, pregnancy complications, uncontrolled diabetes, or anything urgent). ZeuFit members are adults (18+).
- You are an independent professional, not an employee or agent of ZeuFit. You are solely responsible for your advice and for holding any professional indemnity cover you need.
3. AI tools
ZeuFit can turn a plan you paste or photograph into a structured draft with AI. Drafts are never shown to the member until you review and publish them — you are responsible for every plan you publish. Everything you send appears with your name, so members can tell your professional advice apart from ZeuFit's AI-generated information.
4. Client data and confidentiality
- You see a member's information only to deliver the service they bought — their health assessment only if they chose to share it with you.
- Use it only for that service, keep it confidential, don't copy it out of ZeuFit or share it with anyone, and follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. When an engagement ends, don't keep member data outside ZeuFit except where professional record-keeping law requires it.
- Tell us immediately at zeufitapp@gmail.com if you suspect a member's data has been exposed.
5. Conduct
- Be respectful and professional, and respond within the times shown on your services.
- Keep all communication and payment inside ZeuFit. Sharing phone numbers, emails, social handles or payment links to move members off the platform is not allowed and is blocked automatically.
- Don't make guarantees of specific results, and don't promote products you have a financial interest in without saying so.
6. Prices, commission and payouts
- You set your own prices within the ranges ZeuFit allows. Members pay ZeuFit, which collects the fee on your behalf.
- ZeuFit keeps a platform commission (currently 15%, shown in your portal) and pays you the rest according to the payout schedule in your portal, after the dispute window and any holds for guidance plans.
- You are responsible for your own income tax and, where applicable, GST. ZeuFit may deduct or collect tax at source (TDS / TCS) where the law requires and will give you the relevant statements.
- Refunds to members follow our Refund Policy; a refunded amount is not paid out.
7. Ratings and profile
Your verified badge, rating and review count are set by ZeuFit from verified information and member feedback — you can't edit them. We may edit or remove profile content that is misleading or breaks these Terms.
8. Suspension and closure
You can ask to close your expert account at any time; if you have active clients, it closes after their current engagements end so no one is left mid-plan. We may suspend or remove experts who break these Terms, receive serious complaints, or whose credentials can't be verified.
9. Liability and indemnity
You agree to indemnify ZeuFit against claims arising from your advice, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of member data. ZeuFit's liability to you is limited to the commission it earned from your services in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
